Gil Baram Ph.D.

Cyber Strategy and Policy

I am a Fulbright Cybersecurity postdoctoral fellow at the Center for International Security and Cooperation (CISAC) at Stanford University, and an adjunct research fellow at the Centre of Excellence for National Security (CENS) at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (NTU).

In the past decade, I have developed and led strategic cyber lectures for leading tech companies and government agencies, and presented my analysis at top conferences like CyberWeek and CyCon.

As a cyber strategy expert, my lectures and consultant provide new insights and perspectives into how cyberattacks and intrusion affect organizations and states, how global companies are dealing with the emerging threats and what are the future trends we are expected to see.
